Good route,
The ferry departed significantly behind schedule. In addition, the boarding process was poorly organized, resulting in crowding and creating potential safety risks. The delay also disrupted our travel itinerary and caused us to miss or shorten other planned activities. Better time management, queue organization, and staff guidance would greatly improve passenger safety and the overall travel experience.
Great trip on ferry from Donsak to Koh Tao Well organised and Effie t operation. Ferry seats and bathrooms clean. Air con worked well. Passenger bags at front of cabin stacked up high. Imagine in rough weather these would need to be secured to stop them injuring pac in front rows and to prevent exits being blocked.
